This ground floor apartment is our holiday home and we’ve tried to make it as comfortable, pleasant and practical as possible so that
we – and YOU – can have a great stay.
We have property agents in Javea who will make sure the apartment is
immaculately prepared for your visit and be on the end of a phone should you
have any problem with the accommodation.

• Large, modern kitchen, fully equipped with full sized cooker, fridge-freezer and
microwave; utility area with washing machine.
BEDROOMS
• Two bedrooms, each with two single beds, and free-standing fans. En-suite
bathroom off the main bedroom, with bath and shower over.
BATHROOM
• Separate shower room with toilet.

• Large lounge/dining room, equipped with a TV (with English channels), DVD player
and radio/CD player.
TERRACE
• Good sized terrace overlooking communal pool (very shallow at one end – suitable for young children).
The terrace is secured with a low fence and lockable gate - to prevent toddlers sneaking off to the pool without you knowing!
