Javea, Spain Rental Apartment

The apartment is in a small complex, called La Senia, situated in a road open to residents only. It is five minutes walk to the seafront and rocky beach and two beachbars/restaurants, open summer only.

In 10-15 minutes walk (less than 5 minutes in the car) you can reach the Port and Harbour, with shops, bars, restaurants, cinema, church, evening fish market and boat trips.

A 20 minute walk (5 minutes by car) will take you to the historic old town.

A 20-25 minutes stroll (five minutes by car) will take you to the stunning L’Arenal, a wide sandy beach, safe for bathing and promenade lined with bars and restaurants.

In summer a ‘train’ runs between the Port and L’Arenal.

What’s so great
about Javea?

Javea is a beautiful, unspoilt coastal town in Costa Blanca, with good quality apartments, villas and small hotels, but virtually no high-rise development.

It’s just 100 kilometres (about 65 miles) from either Alicante airport or Valencia airport. The A7 motorway makes for a quick and easy journey.

The three separate areas - Port, Spanish Old Town and L’Arenal, a blue flag beach – ensures there is always something different to explore.

It’s a quiet, relaxed base, with good walking and hiking trails in the area, but within easy reach of bigger, brasher resorts, like Benidorm (40 minutes by car) with its theme parks, waterparks and other entertainment and Calpe (15 minutes by car) with its famous rock to climb – so something for all the family.
