TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONDITIONS OF HIRE FOR APARTMENT RENTAL
1) Contract Of hire. All bookings are accepted by the owners and are subject to these conditions
which are deemed to be accepted in full by the hirer and all persons in the
party on completion of the booking form.
2) Confirmation. Your booking is only confirmed on receipt of your deposit as per clause 3 of
these conditions.
3) Payment. Your booking must be accompanied by your payment of £50 deposit. The balance, without further notice , to be paid a clear 8 weeks
prior to arrival. If your booking is made 8 weeks or less before arrival date
it must be accompanied with full payment. If the final payment is not received
by a clear 8 weeks prior to arrival then the owner will consider the hirer in breach of
contract thereby cancelling the booking.
4) What is included. What is included. The apartment rental includes: The cost of gas and electric (except November to March when £25 extra per week is charged to cover central heating) water, maintenance of
swimming pool, and garden. A full inventory of equipment and utensils. See
booking form and information sheet regarding linen and towels. Please note: no
items must be removed from the apartment during your stay. Towels and other
items must not be taken to the beach.
5) What is not included. The apartment rental price does not include any personal insurance, travel,
transportation or airport to apartment transport.
6) Cancellation by hirer. All cancellation of bookings must be in writing and notified to and received by
the owners no later than 8 clear weeks prior to departure. If cancellation is
prior to this deadline the deposit only will be forfeited. If cancellation is
less than 8 clear weeks before departure, the full hire cost is to be paid as
laid down in clause 3.
7) Occupation. Only persons listed on the booking form may occupy the apartment. The apartment
cannot be re-let/ sublet to any other group with out the written consent of the
owner.
8) Damage to apartment. Damage to apartment. Except in the case of normal wear & tear the hirer will be responsible for making good any damage to the apartment
or its contents which has occurred as a result of negligence, wilful damage or
irresponsible behaviour on the part of those occupying the villa or their
guests. Such damage must be reported without delay to our representative. The
cost of the repair or replacement must be agreed with and paid for to the
representative or owners. A figure of £150 is held against damages or very excessive cleaning requirements
9) Hirers Responsibilities. The hirer is responsible for taking all reasonable care of the property and its
contents. The property and all equipment, utensils and furniture etc, must be
left clean and tidy at the end of the hire period. The hirer shall ensure that
no member of the party engages in any activity around the swimming pool

that could cause pollution to the water or damage
to the structure or filtration system. All rubbish is to be placed in the
communal dustbins just outside the complex. Rubbish that has not been removed
from the apartment will be charged for its removal.
10) Rights of access. The owner or their agents have the right of access to the property at any time,
with due regard to the convenience of the hirer, for the purpose of inspection
and maintenance.
11) Responsibilities. Neither the owners or their agents can be held responsible for any circumstance
beyond their control including but not limited to, mechanical breakdown,
illness or failure of any public service supply. The hirer responsible for
booking undertakes that no person will suffer anything to be done which would
endanger the policy of the apartment owners insurers in respect of the
apartment and its contents which might make the same void or void able.
12) Injury and Damage. Neither the owners or their agents take any liability for personal injury loss
or damage to personal effects howsoever arising during the booking period.
13) Maximum number of persons. Under no circumstances may more than the maximum number of persons specified in
the apartment description occupy the apartment without the written consent of
the owners. The owners or their agents reserve the right to refuse admittance
to the apartment to the hirer and their party if they are in breach of this
clause.
14) Information. All information supplied by the owner and their agents is given in good faith
and is based on information available at the time. All reasonable measures have
been taken to ensure the accuracy of statements made, but the owners or agents
are not liable for any variation however caused.
15) Occupancy. The apartment will be available for occupation from 16.00 hrs on the day of
arrival and must be vacated by 10.00hrs on the day of departure. Booking
periods run from Saturday to Saturday unless other wise arranged.
16) Keys. Keys will be sent, by post, together with directions after receipt of final
payment. Keys to be returned to owner in a pre-paid envelope supplied, and
deposit returned immediately to Hirer, subject to terms in clause 8.
17) Complaints. Any complaints about the apartment or its contents must be made in writing
immediately to the owner/agent who will take all reasonable steps to remedy the
problem. Neither the owners or their agents shall have any liability for any
complaint submitted after the completion of the hire period. The Agent is not
liable for any delays due to Technical Service Engineers required. Complaints
must be put in writing and handed to the agent in person immediatley, for them
to remedy.
18) Insurance. The apartment hire cost does not include any personal insurance cover of any
kind.
IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT TRAVEL INSURANCE, PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE
AND MEDICAL INSURANCE IS TAKEN OUT.
